What you'll do

As a Cook with PJ's, you'll:

• Prepare a variety of dishes made from our very own recipes.
• Maintain safety and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe and accident free work environment.
• Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu items.
• Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes for allocated station.
• Serve menu items compliant with established standards to meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Collaborate with chefsto plan training times and develop new menu items.

What it Takes

• High School or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of related work experience
• Ability to obtain WI Food Handlers License
• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant facility
• Ability to multi-tsk and able to follow written or verbal instructions
• Maintain open availability and be flexible to accommodate business needs on nights, weekends and holidays
