Description We are in search of a Logistics Clerk to join our team in Racine, Wisconsin. In this role, you will support the North America Customer Fulfillment team in order management and customer deliveries. This role demands a highly motivated, disciplined individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Execute assigned tasks in alignment with company and customer expectations Exercise independent judgement within the scope of authority for work governed by standard operating procedures Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional partners to provide outstanding service to customers Ensure proper execution of system tools to meet order management goals Respond to phone calls and emails from internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner, providing the appropriate level of detail to address customer concerns Initiate required action in response to customer requests and maintain up-to-date and complete records reflecting actions taken Generate reports for analysis as requested Work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced setting Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access Have experience with ERP systems, such as Salesforce, SAP ERP, etc. Requirements Proven experience in a Logistics Clerk role or similar position Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Familiarity with Microsoft Access and ERP Solutions, particularly SAP ERP Strong data entry and customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to supervise and provide workstation support Experience in handling email correspondence and phone presence professionally Knowledge of standard operation procedures in logistics and supply chain management Ability to execute and manage deliveries effectively Familiarity with 'About Time' software for time tracking and project management Experience in dealing with both internal partners and external customers Understanding of financial notes and their application in logistics Ability to work onsite Demonstrated video communication skills for remote meetings and discussions.
