Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will be part of our team, primarily responsible for answering customer inquiries, handling calls, and meeting daily metrics. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Attend to inbound calls in a call center environment Respond to emails and faxes in a timely and professional manner Communicate effectively with employers and employees regarding inquiries Handle calls pertaining to paycheck inquiries, enrollment calls, or hours worked Meet daily metrics as a measure of efficiency and effectiveness Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and correspondence Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role Proficiency in answering inbound calls Experience in a call center customer service environment Ability to perform data entry tasks with precision Capability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly Experience with both inbound and outbound calls Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Excellent customer service skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility to work different shifts or extended hours if required.
