Customer Service Representative 2

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative 2 in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate customer records. Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications Maintain precise records of customer interactions, complaints, inquiries, and actions taken Resolve customer service and billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills Respond to customer inquiries, notify them about claim investigation results and any planned adjustments Refer unresolved customer grievances to the appropriate departments for further investigation Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for documentation and record-keeping Work independently to manage time and tasks effectively Apply interpersonal skills to interact with customers and provide excellent customer service Use verbal and written communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate with customers Handle and resolve customer complaints, demonstrating a keen ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions. Requirements Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint Knowledge of 'About Time' software Familiarity with billing processes Experience with merchandising Understanding of claim administration procedures Ability to handle adjustments and complaints effectively Strong interpersonal skills for building customer relationships Excellent written communication skills for clear and concise correspondence Proven ability to resolve customer complaints in a detail oriented manner Proficiency in using various computer programs relevant to the role Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
