Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Milwaukee, WI. The role primarily involves processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and handling customer inquiries. This role operates within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications as part of the job function. Handle customer inquiries efficiently, providing timely and appropriate solutions. Keep track of customer accounts, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate. Carry out site audits as per the required guidelines. Capture and document relevant information from site visits, such as photographs of specific areas and personnel. Complete assigned forms and submit them along with the necessary attachments. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Use data entry skills to maintain customer records and update databases. Take appropriate action based on the status of customer accounts. Ensure all tasks are carried out in compliance with industry standards and company policies.Requirements Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role. Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy. Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using computer software including Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a related field would be a plus. Ability to work well in a team and foster a positive work environment. Flexibility to work in shifts, on weekends, or during holidays as needed. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
