Project management and systems analyst for shop floor projects. Work with Site lead on Continuous Improvement program. Initiate MIM Calls for any issues on shop floor and coordinate between Shop floor and IS Resources. Troubleshoot hardware and software related incidents reported in plant. Coordinate PC, printer and hardware replacements in plant Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute - Work closely with functional business partners, local IS and GIS Service Operations to ensure all IS services are running.
