About the Role:

Entry-level, part-time (flexible hours)

Mostly remote work with occasional local travel to client job sites

Hands-on learning with potential for growth

Collaborate on digital projects, daily operations, and client creative sessions

What You’ll Do:

Create and edit video content for YouTube

Conduct and capture video interviews and photo shoots directly with clients

Work with clients primarily in construction and home services

Design digital art assets

Write and edit engaging website copy

Stay organized while juggling multiple creative projects

Contribute your ideas to our evolving systems

Required:

Ability and willingness to work directly with clients, both remotely and on-site

Video creation and editing skills

Experience with digital art tools (Canva or similar)

Valid driver’s license (for occasional local travel)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Eagerness to learn and jump in wherever needed

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

Familiarity with YouTube algorithms

Experience with Google SEO and Google Ads

Marketing background in coursework or previous work experience
