The Lead Electrical Engineer will interface into the Integrated Product Team (IPT) as part of new product development activities. As part of the IPT, the Lead Electrical Engineer will be responsible for taking a design from concept, through development, and into production.

Lead a small cross-functional product development team comprised of electrical, mechanical, and embedded software engineers through product definition, architecture development, design, integration, and qualification of new products.

Assure design compliance to applicable EMI/EMC and environmental standards.

Lead the team to identify root cause and implement corrective actions for issues discovered during verification and qualification testing, customer integration, and product field failures.

Identify root cause for EMI/EMC/Environmental failures and lead a team to determine a fix.

Lead the team to develop the test strategy for EMI/EMC, environmental, and production testing.
