We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to join their team and help to achieve the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance. Job Summary: The EHS Specialist will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role involves risk assessment, employee training, and proactive safety measures to minimize workplace hazards and environmental impacts.salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 5 AM - 2 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilities Conduct HSE audits/inspections on the plants, field activities, and projects. (HSE) Ensure the correct control of the safety equipment and worker PPE. (HS) Support the delivery of the HSE training and orientation, to ensure the correct workercompetencies. (HSE) Ensure a correct reporting and incident investigation. Support determining corrective action orpreventative measures and ensure measures are implemented. Identify incident trends and designmethodologies to reduce existing or potential incidents and health hazards. (HS) Ensure proper waste control and disposal activities according to local legislation in the plants, fieldactivities, and projects. (E) Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and environmental legal requirements, and otherrequirements, relevant to the company plants, field activities, and projects. (HSE) Support in assessing the company activities risks and implementing the relevant safety measuresand emergency plans in the company plants, field activities, and projects. (HSE) Ensure compliance with the relevant HSQE client requirements to ensure the client, satisfaction inthe company plants, field activities, and projects (HSE) Assessment and monitoring of contractors; HSQE performance and compliance in the companyplants, field activities, and projects.
