Experienced Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in residential construction. The ideal candidate can manage job schedules, work with subs and homeowners, and confidently handle proposals, estimates, and change orders.

Requirements:

Experience in residential building/remodeling

Strong communication and organization skills

Ability to create proposals & change orders

Jobsite management experience

QuickBooks experience is a plus

Reliable and organized

Valid driver’s license

Positive attitude and desire to grow with the company
