The Role
We are seeking a Field Manager to oversee onsite installation of prefabricated balconies and railings, along with ensuring our framing scope is delivered successfully. This role is crucial in making sure all work is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards, all while delighting our customers with the results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee installation of prefabricated balconies and railings on multifamily projects (primarily in southern Wisconsin).
Ensure all installs and framing scope are accurate, safe, and compliant with project requirements.
Drive our core values onsite: keep schedules on track to always deliver on time, and ensure our quality and service consistently delight the customer.
Coordinate with tradesmen, subcontractors, and the general contractor to achieve smooth, efficient project delivery.
Oversee and promote site safety practices, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Conduct quality checks on balcony, railing, and framing installs, resolving issues in real time.
Serve as the onsite point of contact for both field crews and project leadership.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in field management, site supervision, or construction leadership.
Knowledge of prefabricated components (balconies, railings, framing) preferred.
Strong understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control.
Ability to lead and coordinate and communicate effectively with field crews and general contractors.
Problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, onsite environments.
Working Conditions
Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involve sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 50 pounds), working at heights, and in all types of weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.).
PPE required when in the yard or construction areas includes:
○ Hard Hat
○ Safety Glasses / Goggles
○ Steel-toed Boots
○ High Visibility Vest
○ Hearing Protection (designated areas)
○ Gloves
