Location: WI, Milwaukee, 53226 Duration: FULL TIME Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities Provide day-to-day operations support for users of new CRM Tool across Service Sales organization in USCAN. Triage user identified issues and communicate across business and digital teams for issue resolution. Log and manage production support issues ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. Create, enhance and maintain training materials as well as schedule and deliver of training for end users. Create and maintain templates for internal and external facing documents. Participate in user acceptance testing for each software release, ensuring front and back-end functionality of application. Suggest system enhancements based on issue reporting and user feedback. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills supporting internal customer teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid time management and collaboration skills. Generic Managerial Skills Application support experience on enterprise-wide business applications. Familiarity with cloud software and applications. Familiarity with GEHC Service Sales teams, systems and processes and applications such as: Saleforce.com, Apttus CPQ , Siebel CRM.
