Job Title: General LaborJob DescriptionThe position is responsible for the manufacturing of parts per plant specifications in an accurate and timely manner utilizing manual and automatic machines. Primary duties include setting up, programming, and operating machine centers, troubleshooting and solving machining issues, adjusting and monitoring machine feeds and speeds, training other machinists, assisting in future machine and tooling purchases, maintaining machine tools, and collaborating with engineers to discuss potential machine problems.Hard Skills

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Hartland, Wisconsin.Work Environment1st Shift hours are flexible (facility opens at 4:30am). Available shifts include 6am-2:30pm and 8am-4:30pm. The role is based in a large manufacturing facility with stamping presses, welding/fab, tool room, and CNC machining.
