General Laborer

Property Investor looking for Maintenance/General Laborer for a variety of jobs on 40 plus rental properties in the Eau Claire area. Duties will include but not limited to: Lawn care including mowing, brush cutting and misc. yard maintenance, interior and exterior painting, deck staining, carpentry, floor installation, etc. Other duties will be assigned based on experience and expertise. Would work directly for the owner. Flexible hours can be considered.
