We’re seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team through this exciting new chapter. Someone who brings both professionalism and personality, and who understands what makes a supper club truly special.
The Role
As General Manager, you’ll be the face and heartbeat of Brandy’s. You’ll oversee daily operations, inspire a talented front-of-house team, and ensure every guest experience reflects our brand’s values of warmth, hospitality, and consistency.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and motivating front-of-house staff with clear communication and positive energy
Partnering closely with ownership and the kitchen team to ensure smooth, exceptional service
Managing scheduling, training, and performance development
Overseeing budgets, labor, and cost controls
Maintaining Brandy’s signature guest experience and brand standards
Bringing fresh ideas to enhance efficiency and guest loyalty
Who You Are
A proven leader with 3+ years of restaurant management experience (preferably in a full-service or upscale casual setting)
A people-first manager who leads by example
Skilled in organization, multitasking, and calm problem-solving
Passionate about food, drink, and creating memorable moments
Available to work evenings and weekends
