Job DescriptionThe Pet Owner Platform & Database Global Product Owner will be accountable for creating a comprehensive view of the pet owner by leveraging new and existing data sources and utilizing these data driven insights to optimize and develop new engagement strategies which will deliver a sustainable business impact for our Company's Animal Health companion animal business.This role will work in close partnership with global, regional and local Marketing Teams, IT, other product owners and SMEs from multiple functions at all levels of the organization to develop an optimal customer-centric experience for pet owners that is aligned with brand strategies. The Pet Owner Platform & Database Product Owner will create scalable strategies and processes that integrate innovative best practices to increase customer engagement, loyalty and advocacy; and drive cross-portfolio commercial opportunities and results.We are seeking a digital savvy and results driven leader with a deep understanding of B2C marketing. This role will act as player-coach in the leadership role, advocating and implementing agile ways of working. The selected candidate will be a critical contributor to our Company's Animal Health’s larger Digital Transformation initiative and, as such, will provide quarterly progress reports to our Company's Animal Health Senior Executive Operating Committee.Responsibilities:Based on data driven insights and external trends (e.g., market research, competition analysis), formulate and test hypotheses, identify and develop an innovative strategy and guide execution aligned to strategic business goals and growth priorities.

Propose, pilot, and implement creative approaches to engage new and existing pet owners and facilitate increased brand loyalty, as well as, drive cross-portfolio commercial opportunities and results.

Analyze performance and business impact of campaigns and other projects (ex: revenue, ROI, customer LTV) and use this data to constantly evolve and improve results.

In strong alignment with IT, create new business value through the identification and implementation of digital technologies, processes, services, platforms, and tools.

Develop and manage product roadmap, backlog and release schedule (i.e., product enhancements), and market implementation aligned with IT and key business partner objectives.

Advise and provide subject matter expertise to establish digital mindsets, skillsets and new ways of working.

Gain sponsorship of the Regional Vice Presidents and General Managers on the implementation of change management strategies.

Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration while creating an environment of continuous improvement.

Create diverse and inclusive work environments through all aspects of talent management: recruitment, development, performance management, and succession planning.

This position can be based in any of our Company's Animal Health locations.Onsite 2-3 times a monthQualifications: 10+ years of experience in the following areas: Marketing, Sales, IT and/or Operations Prior experience working in consumer marketing, preferably in the companion animal spacePreferred Skills/Experience: Prior experience or knowledge of Agile Scrum delivery teams and methodologies Prior experience in building and designing websites, wireframes and software applications Successful design and deployment of change management tools and techniques resulting in widespread adoption of enterprise-wide initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience building strong teams and setting the tone for a high-trust environment Proactive, innovative spirit in researching and responding quickly to new ideas and trendsEducation:High School DiplomaOur IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities.
