Role: Business Analyst Location: Madison, WI Duration: 12+ Months Top Skills & Years of Experience: - Exceptional communication skills (written/verbal) with team members and executives - High emotional intelligence - Familiar with change management processes - 8 or more years of experience in the Business Analysis field - Experience with business process reengineering and identifying new applications or technology that address business problems to make business more effective. - Experience creating process workflows - Familiar with industry standards, current and emerging technologies, and business process mapping, and re-engineering. - Ability to work independently with directions given by the Customer. - Experience with cross-functional work teams. - Ability to multi task. Nice to have skills: - Experience using Visio, SharePoint and MS Teams. - Knowledge of project management, conflict resolution, and incident escalation Candidates are required to be a WI resident. Hybrid schedule, required to be onsite 2 days per week
