Head Cook

We are seeking a skilled Head Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in menu planning, meal preparation, and maintaining a high standard of food safety in a kitchen setting.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals following recipes

- Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized

- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed

- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines. ServSafe Certificate

- Assist in training new kitchen staff

Qualifications

- Proven experience working as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
