As a Help Desk Analyst, you will provide routine first-second level technical troubleshooting and fulfill service requests for hardware, software, and other technologies.This is a year-long
contract role, including full benefits and possibility of extension.Location: Onsite in Madison, WISalary: $40k-48kResponsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for various products and services, leveraging documented processes
- Document inquiries and responses according to policies and procedures
- Assist with installing, configuring, repairing, and modifying technology hardware, software, and associated components
- Manage hardware inventory and provide input into procurement needs
- Support office moves and other project initiatives
- Participate in on-call rotation, including after hours support
- Experience working with/supporting computers and peripherals
- Computer experience in Windows OS 10, Mac OS, iOS devices, and Microsoft Office products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
- Ability to take initiative and accountability for assignments
- Ability to stay organized and adjust priorities rapidly
