Assists hotel or resort guests with the entrance to a hotel or room within the hotel.QUALIFICATIONS:
While no formal education is required a high school diploma is often preferred.
Consciously remain well-groomed with the correct hotel uniform and ID badge all the time during work shift
Ability to give tourists local information about tourist spots and theaters
Must always be courteous customer-oriented with a cheerful disposition
Excellent manners and courtesy
Must have excellent verbal communication skills in English
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greets guests upon arrival and directs guests for check-in.
Providing information about the town or city if requested
Be trained in polite manners and efficient customer service
Assist physically challenged guests or those with special needs.
Provide guests with travel directions and other information of interest to hotel quests.
