Wage determinations will be based on relevant experienceSycamore of River Falls is looking for a Housekeeper to join our team! This position provides a clean, safe and pleasant environment for residents, staff and visitors. Cleans public areas of the building as assigned.This environmental services schedule includes;

48 hours every two weeks

Day shift

Weekends as needed

Opened Spring of 2023 , The Sycamore of River Falls is a growing, full-service senior living community with 84 apartments including 68 blended independent and assisted living and 16 memory care apartments in a secured neighborhood on first floor. The property has four villa patio twin home units with two bedroom and three bedroom options for active, independent seniors. The apartment building consists of a variety of studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom units. Cleans resident and common areas of community as assigned, including floor care

Assists with light maintenance tasks and cleaning emergency spills as needed

Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies

Assists residents with laundry as requested

Ensures timely and efficient turnover of apartments

Performs job duties safely, using accurate body mechanics and protective equipment

Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors

Required:

Ability to work independently, show attention to detail, multi-task and maintain confidentiality

Able to understand and follow verbal and written communication including policies/procedures and safety sheets

Preferred:

Work experience in cleaning or similar environment
