Description We are in need of a detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in West Bend, Wisconsin. This role is critical in sourcing and selecting top-tier talent to support our growing organization. The successful candidate will be involved in the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing to conducting phone screens. This is a contract position that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of our dynamic team.Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talents. Source candidates proactively through various channels, including social media platforms, job boards, job fairs, and personal networking. Review incoming resumes and applications for appropriate job fit, skill level, experience, and potential fit within the company. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability and competency. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and provide updates on job vacancies. Schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay informed on trends and innovative recruiting techniques to maintain competitiveness in recruiting practices. Utilize skills in Careerbuilder, Microsoft Excel, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Documentation, Hiring Processes, Corporate Recruiting, Talent Sourcing, Phone Screens. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR Recruiting role or similar Proficiency in Careerbuilder for sourcing and managing candidate profiles Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Experience conducting background checks in compliance with local, state, and federal laws Knowledge of benefit functions such as enrollment, administration, and employee communication Ability to prepare and maintain documentation related to employee hiring and records Proven experience in hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing Experience in corporate recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Expertise in talent sourcing strategies and tools Proficient in conducting phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong decision-making skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred.
