This includes enabling business strategy by focusing on digital transformation and long-term HR architectures, while identifying systems, process and data impacts during the transitions.This role will lead the effort in aiding the business to establish robust architecture strategies, which span end-to-end across the domain, creating a scalable and efficient HR eco-system with great employee experience.This role will need to be proficient and knowledgeable in the digital landscape of the HR environment from business and technical perspectives.Required Skills: HR Tech - Enterprise Architect Responsibilities:Creates business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals that are tied to the underlying business capabilities, applications and data

Serves as primary business and People Engineering/Core Liaison with HR business and tech teams on complex architecture issues

Provides through architecture assessments, makes recommendations to various business and engineering stakeholders on long-term cost reductions in technology and business investments

Provides guidance and leadership in business and systems architecture in the HR domain

Determines and implements build versus buy strategies in the context of overall business strategy

Conducts research in HR technology strategies to improve the organization's business operations

Documents as-is and collaboratively define future state digital ecosystems for HR business solutions, define future state roadmaps, and analyze business needs

Partners with cross functional teams to establish E2E architecture, change management activities, identify projects, and identify required tools

Analyzes and documents users’ high level functional and data requirements to help determine technical requirements and architectural design options for specific HR domains

Documents and defines intelligent automation opportunities through technology to streamline workflows and improve overall process efficiency

Architects enterprise class solutions in the HR domain

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Experience with emerging industry technology areas and trends

5+ years of combined experience as an Enterprise Architect, Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer

Experience quickly learning new technologies tools and training

Experience understanding business needs and translating that to technical requirements

Experience driving business solutions and strategies to connect multiple HR domains across the enterprise (global)

5+ years of experience working with enterprise-class software systems or SaaS platforms in product development, software engineering, and experience with API development or troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:Proficient knowledge of LeanIX and the use of the tool to develop inventory of IT systems

Understanding of Lean Agile/SAFe framework/TOGAF/Lean Six Sigma, etc.

Proficient knowledge of Lucidchart and it’s application for drawing enterprise/system architecture diagrams and experience communicating effectively using such diagrams

Experience deploying large-scale HR domain technology projects

B.S. or M.S. in Technical Discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent experience

Agile-based knowledge and skills
