Resource Generalist provides operational and staffing support for our
Racine, WI facility. This includes managing recruiting and retention
efforts, facilitating employee training activities, administering HR
systems, and supporting benefits administration and data requests.
Additionally, the HR Generalist will engage with our people to
understand and continuously improve employee relations while striving to
make API Heat Transfer the employer of choice for our community. Key
Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Manage and oversee full-cycle
recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
onboarding of candidates. Conduct orientation training on EHS and
standard company policies and procedures, with a focus on continuously
improving our delivery. Facilitates completion of routine HR functions
such as preparation and maintenance of employee files; ensuring data
integrity in HR systems; and developing and maintaining position
descriptions. Employee Relations: Provides a visible HR presence acting
as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring prompt
and effective resolution. Partners with HR Operations Manager to resolve
personnel concerns by conducting investigations, documenting findings,
and following up with involved parties to close out issues. Participate
and guide the Employee Engagement Committee to help improve culture and
create community. Performance Management: Assist in the performance
appraisal process, ensuring evaluations are completed timely and
effectively. Provide guidance and support to supervisors on employee
relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary
actions, and conflict resolution. Manage disciplinary processes, in
