HVAC Pre-Apprentice - Start Your Career in HVAC! (Full or Part Time)

Location: Milwaukee and Surrounding Area

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Pre-Apprentice HVAC Technician. This is a great opportunity for those interested in pursuing a career in HVAC, with hands-on experience and potential for career advancement!

Job Requirements:

- 18+ years old

- 1 year of driving experience required (must have a clean driving record)

- Insured work vehicle will be provided

- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

- Must be able to follow safety protocols and company procedures

Job Duties:

- Drive our HVAC technicians to and from job locations

- Transport/pickup equipment and materials to job sites

- Assist senior technicians with carrying tools and materials

- Help with general organization and cleaning of equipment and tools

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

OPTIONAL OPPORTUNITY FOR CAREER ADVANCEMENT After 3-Month Probation Period:

- Based on work performance, you will be enrolled in our Partner Team Program at the HVAC Team Academy.

- The HVAC Team Academy is a comprehensive, FREE training program where you will learn advanced skills in HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement.
