HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking skilled HVAC Service Technicians to join our small family team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units.

Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems using tools such as ohmmeters and refrigerant gauges.

Collaborate with service technicians to ensure efficient field service operations.

Plumb necessary components for HVAC installations.

Design and modify ductwork to optimize airflow and system efficiency.

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Year round 7:30-4:00 M-F

8-9 hour shifts

On call - Rotating weekends
