MACHINE OPERATOR19-23$/hr., NEENAH, WISCONSINAerotek currently has 5+ position for Machine operator in Wisconsin area, candidates with decent experience of around a year in production environment operating machines will be encouraged, Our clients provide weekly paychecks, career growth, and a great work culture.Job Details:
Candidates in the role of machine operation will perform tasks like loading, collating and bounding.
Once they are bounded they will come down the line and check if it meets quantity expectations.
Once the check is done, packing and they will then be labeling and taping the box shut and palletizing the boxes.
Work Environment:
They will be working in a manufacturing setting.
Must be comfortable to heights of 25ft.
These particular spots are in their production areas. They will work 8-12 hour shifts depending on the work load.
They must be comfortable working in variable working conditions. Temperature changes, dust, noise and exposure to people moving product around.
Shift and Pay:
1st shift (5 am to 3 pm)-21$/hr.
2nd shift (2:50 pm to 12:50 am) -22.36$/hr.
Skills & Qualifications:
Skills like manufacturing, picking, packaging, machine operation, operation, machine operating, packaging, quality check, hand tool, inspection, paper processing will be encouraged.
They must have a high school diploma.
They must have a minimum of 6 month previous manufacturing experience.
Experience with Microsoft office and Prior machine operator and/or forklift experience is preferred.
Basic computer literacy.
Benefits and Perks
They are a union facility- Paid Weekly- Direct deposit only. They do not give out paper checks.
Pay is $20 plus an hour with the shift differential.
No weekends, only OT of fridays.
The union fee is $150 for the initiation which is taken out over a 2 paycheck period.
A typical candidate will be up to $18.50 an hour once they achieve their time prior to joining the union.
Also they have performance based bonuses based on how the company does and can bid into new roles after 500 hours.
Health insurance eligible the 1st of the month after 90 days of employment. All other benefits do not take place until Union eligible.
