Information Security, Director

What does a successful Information Security Director do at Fiserv?The Information Security Director will lead multiple teams tasked with providing security operations support to our business line, Access Management, Issue Management and Audit response on behalf of the Technology organization. The leader will be accountable for advancing Identify Access Management (IAM) tools and practices to further the modernization of Fiserv’s provisioning solutions. The leader will support the organization’s response to internal and external audits/assessments, and will be responsible for the management of the organization’s audit and risk issues through industry audit and risk management practices.What you will do:

Perform all human resource related responsibilities for their team including mentoring, management, performance management, and hiring.

Direct access provisioning operations within the US and abroad.

Leveraging your team, support access certification within the enterprise access certification program framework.

Ensure audits, assessments, and examination readiness on behalf of the organization.

Inventory, manage and report on the organization’s technology based risks.

What you will need to have:

Audit and Issues management background

Experience evaluating existing processes, process improvement design and implementation

Senior level associate/team management skills and experiences (all aspects of associate life cycle, budgeting, etc.)

Technology Risk Management

Regulatory experiences including Sarbanes-Oxley Act, SOX, and PCI-DSS compliance

Clear communication, presentation and influencer skills.
