Description:We have a job opening for an Inside Sales Supervisor in Madison, WI. This is a hybrid role where the selected candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue growth goals, coaching the team on selling skills like questioning, listening, and problem-solving, teaching the team about our systems to find efficiencies and eliminate errors. The candidate will also be responsible for measuring output, monitoring quality, and providing objective feedback. Additionally, they will build and monitor effective Key Performance Indicators to manage the team's performance accurately and focus on activities that have a direct impact on these key indicators. The ideal candidate for this position should have skills in customer service, inside sales, sales, customer support, Salesforce, leadership development, and using a CRM.
