Inventory Control Manager

Responsibilities: How This Position Supports The VisionOwn the accuracy and integrity of inventory records, locations, counts, adjustments, and control processes.Establish and manage cycle count programs, inventory audits, discrepancy research, and corrective actions.Partner with Inbound and Outbound to investigate shorts, overages, mis-slots, damages, and transaction errors.Own or coordinate returns processes and ensure product disposition and system transactions are completed accurately.Monitor inventory accuracy by location, SKU, process, and root cause to identify recurring control failures.Lead audit readiness and documentation for inventory control procedures and internal requirements.Partner with Supply Chain on inventory availability, replenishment issues, and root-cause resolution.Develop Team Leads and Process Leads on inventory handling standards and discrepancy escalation.
