Are you an experienced application development IT Project Manger? Do you have strong stakeholder communication and the ability to lead high-quality, complex projects? My top client is seeking an IT Project Manager who is able to become deeply engaged in the solutions being developed. They are seeking an individual to work fully on-site in Southeastern, WI - they offer impressive on-site ammenities and competative compensation.They are ready to start the interview process ASAP!Position Responsibilities:- Define project scopes, product/project backlogs and release plans while working closely with Business Analysts and Solution Analysts.
- Define and lead the creation of high-quality project/product backlogs utilizing epics, user stories and task structure.
- Plan and facilitate core Agile/ Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand ups, sprint demos and retrospectives.
- Ensure that the project framework are represented and accounted for in project plans and timelines
Minimm Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related feild
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with continued development of skills
- 5+ years of IT PM experience
- 3+ years of Agile/ Scrum experience
- Atlassian, Jira, Confluence and TFA experience is a plus
