Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking to hire a talented Senior IT Project Manager in the Appleton, WI area for a hybrid schedule! The Senior IT project manager is to be a part of their Advanced Analytics department who creates Proof-Of-Concepts in a 3-5 week period. This helps the business decide if a project is worth undertaking or not. Once the business decides that the value realization is there, they will fund the initiative and it becomes a project. Most of the work done during the PoC will be reused but there will be a lot of work that still will have to be done to make sure the data visualization is completed. The position is for the Advanced Analytics team within the Data and Analytics division. We are seeking an independent and self-starter who is passionate about tackling complex enterprise projects.

The Ideal Candidate will have:5+ yrs as an IT project manager Expertise with the Agile scrum methodologyExperience working on large enterprise projects ideally with regards to Data analytics and governance Experience with stakeholder management, having front facing conversationsStrong command and communication/decision making skillsFamiliarity with creating, modifying, changing dashboardsComes from a development background/familiar with the Microsoft tech stack(Azure cloud, databricks, power BI, tableau etc)Experience working with Microsoft Projects, Excel Etc.Nice To Haves:Project management certifications; PMP, Agile Scrum Certified etc.Familiarity with DevOps
