Job Title: IT Systems Support Analyst

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Work Schedule: 100% Onsite; 3rd Shift - 6pm - 6am, Wed - Fri with alternating Saturdays, no on call.

Type/Duration: Hourly W2 Contract going until at least 8/11/23; possibility of extension and/or conversion to FTE; (Medical, Dental, Vision & 401K available)Top qualifications:1 Customer service skills 2. Duties: This position is responsible for all support, configuration and deployment activities associated with desktop computers (and associated peripherals), video and associated unified communications technologies. Support for desktop computers/peripherals includes: computer hardware, printers, client access software, and other peripheral hardware devices (i.e. scanners, signature pads, etc.). Video support will include video and teleconferencing end point equipment, conference rooms, telehealth and telemedicine initiatives enterprise wide. Unified communication support includes deployment and support of mobile devices, video visits, basic phone and network troubleshooting. Skills: 2-4 years Years of ExperienceCompetencies Specific to the position:1. Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user PCs/laptops, peripheral devices, printers, mobile devices, etc. Provide desk-side assistance in resolving technology support issues.

2. Participates in IT project related initiatives as assigned. Configures and deploys hardware and software within the approved timelines. Produces desired results on both project and support efforts. May lead small projects.

3. Coordination with Sr. Systems Support Analyst and/or Infrastructure teams for assistance with installation and support of equipment and services.

4. Ensure Incidents/WOs are addressed in a timely manner in accordance with reporting and metrics.

5. Responsible to keep the CMDB (Asset Database) updated to maintain accuracy.

6. Coordinates with vendors and on-site personnel to resolve issues, as needed.

7. Dispositions IT owned hardware in accordance with IT processes and procedures.

8. Prepares required system documentation to aide in troubleshooting, application qualification, process improvements, and cross-training.

9. Maintains up to date knowledge of industry standards and best practices regarding computing and unified communication. Keeps current on technology through publications, self-education, and seminars on an ongoing basis.

Education: Knowledge of Information Technology principles normally acquired through an Associates/Bachelors in Computer Science or similar Skills and Experience:
