ITSM Engineer

TEKsystems is looking to add an ITSM Engineer to their ServiceNow team. This person will be interacting with the organization (Business Analysts, Consulting Analysts, teams that have tickets within the tool). As the lead Engineer you will have the opportunity to design and implement a world class Event Management platform on ServiceNow. As the lead Engineer you will have the opportunity to Implement Configuration and Asset Management. This client is looking for someone to round out the current team with developing experience to help with technical gaps. Specifically, ServiceNow Event and Configuration management. They need administrator skills to understand the process, we will be doing the engineering side in collaboration with the administrators of the platform.This person will have a backlog of tasks to review every two weeks and assign duties to the team (agile framework), assign tasks based upon their abilities but need to get training done first.
