Job Description:

Skills and Experiences:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 6-10 years of professional experience required.
5-8+ years of experience leading teams using modern engineering tools, languages, and practices.
Financial Services experience in delivering technology solutions for Policy Administration (New
Business, Servicing, Claims) systems across Life/Annuity/DI/LTC Insurance Products is preferred.
Hands on with Java / Springboot / Spring Batch & JavaScript programming.
Experience with API Management Frameworks.
Familiarity with both Batch and Real-time application patterns.
Cloud native development exposure.
Knowledge of web services REST / SOAP (JSON, XML).
Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.
Strong understanding of design patterns and architecture.
Nice to have: Full Stack Engineer with well-rounded skills across front end and server-side programming including DevOps automation and experience with Cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
