Job Description
Job title: Senior UX Designer Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months (Contract to hire) What this position will be supporting: Supports design of mobile & web-based experiences for our retail and business banking channels. Must have requirements: 5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or another similar UX-related role. An online portfolio of work demonstrating contributions to large scale responsive web products and portals. Proficiency in user-centered design techniques and methods. Clear understanding of design limitations and challenges of designing for mobile. Expert use of industry-standard design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, Figma. - Knowledge of Agile Development processes and approaches. - Ability to lead large-scale projects, work independently or as part of a team. - Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. - Strong attention to detail to deliver pixel perfect results. - Strong communication skills across a wide variety of audiences: Designers, Product Managers, Developers, Clients. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make calculated design decisions based on varying constraints. - Ability to sell design concepts based on user-centered design rationale Nice to have qualifications: - UX related bachelor's degree. - Demonstrated experience designing for, onboarding, and/or account opening experiences. Experience working on and contributing to enterprise design systems. Work schedule: 40 hours a week. M-F normal business hours. Overtime (Y/N): If necessary.
