Qualifications:
Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of experience in one or more of the following: demo, framing, finish trim (interior/exterior), cabinetry, tiling, drywall, painting, flooring, light electrical/plumbing/HVAC for residential and some commercial buildings.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as woodworking machinery.
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
Kitchen & Bathroom Installation: Complete full kitchen and bathroom remodels with top-notch craftsmanship.
Construct and install framing, drywall, trim, tile, cabinetry, doors, windows, and finishes for all major renovation projects, including additions and custom homes.
Collaborate with our project management team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain and repair existing structures and fixtures as needed.
Keep an organized and clean work area, including tools and equipment.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients throughout each project.
Work well with a team to deliver successful results.
Benefits:
Pay: Starting at $25-$30 per hour (based on experience).
Paid Time Off: Earn time to recharge.
Consistent Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
