THE POSITION:  The solution architect is responsible for designing the overarching technical vision of EVERSANA’s Omnichannel offerings, building the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. Working closely with the Product Manager and Director of Development, this role designs, describes, and helps to manage the overall capabilities of the omnichannel ecosystem and each of its parts. This role is responsible for contributing to business and functional requirements, adhering to company and industry standards. Candidates for this role have intermediate to advanced experience with solutions involving components from Amazon Web Services, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva CRM.The ideal candidate for this position has experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and is aware of US laws and regulations pertaining to sales and marketing activities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
