Solace Grove Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Director to lead our growing behavioral health programs serving children, adolescents, and adults.

This is an opportunity to build and guide a compassionate, community-rooted clinical team from the ground up. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, clinical oversight, and a passion for quality care.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure quality of care.

Supervise therapists, case managers, and support staff.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and treatment models.

Maintain compliance with state and Medicaid requirements.

Participate in program design, hiring, and team development.

Qualifications:

Active Wisconsin license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (Required).

5+ years of behavioral health experience working with both children and adults.

Previous leadership or program management experience in a behavioral health or group setting.

Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills.
