Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards set by the Chef.

Ensure the kitchen and workstations are clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Work efficiently and effectively during busy meal periods.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service.

Assist in preparing ingredients and setting up workstations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

Ability to work under pressure and in a team setting.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

A food handler's certification is preferred.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
