Load Planner / Dispatcher

This is a full time, 1st shift position. Monday-Friday, 45-50 hours per week.

Job Duties:

Plan every day operations for drivers

Communicate with drivers regarding: loads, appointments, routes, times, etc.

Coordinate pick ups and deliveries for local drivers

Continue to build relationships with existing customers as well as develop new customers

Organize data and prepare reports

Assist with order entry, schedule appointments and find backhauls when needed

Other duties and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

Must work well in a team environment with excellent communication skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Great customer service skills

Accurate, detailed, organized and prompt

Experience in TMW a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Day shift

Monday to Friday
