MACHINE OPERATOR - 1ST, 2ND SHIFTPAY - $19/HR., TO $23/HR., IN HUDSON, WI, USJob Description:Grinding Department:
Operating manual and automated machines to grind and polish wires for medical applications
Feeding wires into the buffing machines, then taking them over to an automatic measuring machine to verify it is within tolerance.
Will turn red if not. Then they need to call a technician over to adjust the machine.
Will inspect visually and check for proper dimensions and measurements with micrometers and calipers.
Will perform documentation and read work instructions.
Can cross train to other machine stations as well as the clean room area if it interested.
This is mainly standing, but there are floor mats.
This is the non-clean room area on the production floor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must Haves:
Comfortable working on feet all day
1+ years of manufacturing experience
Ability to comprehend and read work instructions in English
Excellent hand dexterity
