Machine Operator START IMMEDIATELY

Join our team of innovators committed to integrity and quality.We have multiple openings on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift due to growth!This is a Direct Hire, Permanent from Day 1 opportunity!Job Description: Operate machines – Capper, Labeler, Induction Sealer, filling machine and Shrink Wrapper. Maintain continuous machine operation without interruptions. Complete cleaning/sanitizing of machines. Basic/minor troubleshooting – make adjustments to machines and materials being used. Complete quality checks utilizing a ruler or scale. Make necessary adjustments (i.e. weights, torques) to ensure quality of product. Document results accurately and completely. Complete set-up or changeover of machines to include loading with components, solution, and packaging materials. Assist with packing duties, (i.e. palletizing, packing cases, as needed). Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely. Palletizing finished cases of productSkills & Qualifications:Mechanically inclinedSuccessful Machine Operators will:

Follow production orders and specifications

Ensure they have the correct raw materials at all times on the line

Actually run the machine and trouble-shoot making minor adjustments

Conduct in-process and complete audits of the product

Complete cleaning/sanitization of machines and line change overs

Complete client documentation results accurately and completely while following a ‘right the first time’ doctrine.
