Maintenance Person Needed For 2 Apartment Buildings

2 apartment complexes located one street apart are in need of a maintenance person. Both are 16 units, for a total of 32 units. Duties include upkeep of grounds/hallways/laundry rooms, light maintenance, cleaning and painting vacant units, showing units to prospective tenants and handling resident relations. You would receive a monthly salary plus $18.00 per hour for extra work (extra cleaning, light plumbing, etc.)
