Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair a variety of industrial machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, industrial packaging machines, grinders, mixers, conveyor belts, vacuum sealers, ovens, and CMMS systems. This role involves extensive preventive maintenance and responding to calls via radio. Experience with ammonia refrigeration is also required. While not necessary, skills in 480V electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting are a plus.Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
Maintain and repair industrial packaging machines, grinders, mixers, conveyor belts, vacuum sealers, and ovens.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
Respond to maintenance calls via radio.
Work with ammonia refrigeration systems.
Utilize CMMS systems for maintenance tracking.
Optional: Troubleshoot 480V electrical systems and PLCs.
Essential Skills
2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Proficiency in TIG welding.
Skills in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience with preventive maintenance procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with 480V electrical systems.
PLC troubleshooting skills.
Recent graduates or individuals still in school will be considered.

Mandatory 6-day work weeks and occasional 7-day work weeks are required depending on the production schedule. Shifts are as follows: 1st Shift: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM; 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to approximately 11:00 PM (until production is completed).
