Maintenance Technician – Multi-Family Properties (Greater Madison Area)

Compensation: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday + on-call nights and alternating weekends

We’re Hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician!

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain several multi-family properties throughout the Greater Madison Area. This position is hands-on, varied, and ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and can manage tasks independently.

Job Responsibilities:

General property maintenance and repairs

Apartment turnovers between tenants

Landscaping and seasonal property upkeep

Basic plumbing and electrical work

Drywall repair and patching

Snow removal (including nights and weekends as needed)

Responding to after-hours emergency calls (rotating schedule)

Miscellaneous tasks as assigned across multiple properties

Requirements:

-1+ years of maintenance experience preferred, but able to train.

-Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general repairs

-Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively

-Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

-Able to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions and climb ladders.

-Must be available for on-call rotation and snow removal

Pay & Benefits:

$24–$27 per hour (based on experience)
