AE Business Solutions, Wisconsin's premier systems integrator and IT consulting group, and recently named a 2021 Madison Top Workplace, is adding a Marketing Coordinator to our team. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing AE Business Solutions' marketing and communications strategy.

The position will provide administrative and technical support for all marketing functions and coordinate activities including, campaign management, email marketing, corporate events, social media, web design and website content management. A wide degree of creativity and latitude while performing a variety of complicated tasks is expected.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work in conjunction with other AEBS marketing professionals, technical staff, management, and sales teams to brainstorm, produce and execute marketing and PR campaigns.
  • Develop a full understanding of AE Business Solutions' business in order to effectively contribute to marketing planning and execution.
  • Administer web site including design, content creation/editing, technical writing and SEO efforts.
  • Maintain information on Microsoft CRM as it relates to marketing and business development.
  • Create and follow internal processes for event coordination and campaign management.
  • Build and maintain marketing lists and contacts.
  • Assist in creation of surveys and results tracking.
  • Stays abreast of changes in the IT Consulting and Integration environment to best serve the objectives of the marketing plan and recommend adjustments accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal technical resources to create a variety of sales collateral, resources, and technical white papers and/or brochures for a wide range of marketing use cases.
  • Design and develop easy-to-use, clear, concise, comprehensible content.
  • Coordinate graphics design and production of all assigned marketing documents.
  • Plan for and procure promotional materials for events.
  • Work closely with AE's vendor community to plan and execute joint marketing strategies.
  • Accomplish assigned tasks within established deadline and in an accurate manner.

Qualifications/Competencies:
  • Associate degree and/or college degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a professional marketing environment preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite programs, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience using marketing email & event automation tools preferred
  • Previous website administration experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to speak persuasively, tailor speaking/writing style to different audiences, and perform group presentations.
  • Displays creativity and imagination.
  • Follows instruction, responds to feedback, and meets deadlines while producing thorough and accurate work.
  • Shows adaptability to frequent changes in the work environment, ability to learn new techniques, and change approach or method to best fit the situation.
