As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for both residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:

- Plumbing Installations & Repairs: Perform high-quality plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for both residential and commercial properties. This includes pipes, fixtures, faucets, water heaters, toilets, drains, and sewer systems.

- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Accurately diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring that all work meets code and industry standards.

- System Inspections: Conduct plumbing inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently and in compliance with local codes and regulations.

- Water Filtration & Heating Systems: Install and maintain water filtration systems, water heaters, boilers, and other specialized plumbing systems.

- Blueprint & Plan Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints diagrams, and specifications to install and repair plumbing systems according to design.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, explaining issues and solutions clearly to clients while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and plumbing codes, ensuring all work meets regulatory standards.

- Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to apprentices and junior plumbers on best practices, code compliance, and safe working conditions.

- Emergency Services: Be available for on-call or emergency plumbing services when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Master Plumber License (Required).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plumber, with demonstrated expertise in residential and commercial plumbing.

- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing and issues.

- Proficient in the use of plumbing tools, equipment, and diagnostic technology.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients to explain issues and solutions.

- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment (up to 50lbs), bend, and kneel as needed.
