Description We are in search of a Medical Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role involves meticulously inputting paper-based data into computer systems and maintaining physical records to ensure seamless digitization processes. As a member of our team, you will work closely with others to verify and validate data entries for completeness and consistency. Additionally, you will be expected to uphold confidentiality and security protocols while handling sensitive information during the digitization process.Responsibilities: Efficiently input paper-based data into computer systems with precision and accuracy. Organize and maintain physical records to ensure seamless digitization processes. Collaborate with team members to verify and validate data entries for completeness and consistency. Utilize software tools and techniques to streamline data entry tasks and enhance productivity. Uphold confidentiality and security protocols while handling sensitive information during the digitization process. Running records and matching appropriate records to the patient in the system. Demonstrate proficiency in Claim Administration, Customer Service, Data Entry, and Documentation. Work collaboratively with a team to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data entries. Handle sensitive patient information with strict adherence to confidentiality and security protocols. Utilize customer service skills in addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field. Proficiency in claim administration and data entry. Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse groups. Excellent documentation skills, with a keen attention to detail. Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage large amounts of data, and meet deadlines. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications in related fields preferred. Must adhere to all company policies and procedures related to confidentiality and data protection. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
