Description We are in search of a Medical Data Entry Clerk for a role based in Mequon, Wisconsin. This role is centered around the Healthcare industry and involves the digitization of medical records and other related data. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Accurately input paper-based medical data into computer systems Organize and maintain physical medical records to streamline digitization processes Collaborate with team members to ensure data entries are complete and consistent Utilize software tools and techniques to enhance productivity and efficiency in data entry tasks Uphold confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive medical information Run records and match appropriate records to the patient in the system Utilize skills in Claim Administration, Customer Service, Data Entry, and Documentation to perform tasks effectively and efficiently. Requirements Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role Proficient in Claim Administration Excellent Customer Service skills Prior experience in Data Entry is required Must have strong documentation skills High School Diploma or equivalent is required Proficient in MS Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Basic understanding of medical terminology is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
